Robert C. Cain, D.D.S.

Dr. Cain has provided periodontal and implant care to Oak Ridge area residents since 1997. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Rhodes College in Memphis and his dental a degree at the University of Tennessee - Memphis. He completed a residency in Periodontics at UT - Memphis and the VA Medical Center at Memphis in 1997. He is Tennessee state board certified in Periodontics. Annually attending continuing education courses enables Dr. Cain to stay at the forefront of his specialty so that he can provide optimal care to his patients. This allows Dr. Cain to offer his patients the finest periodontal care. He regularly attends courses focusing on office technology, Periodontics, implant therapy and advanced bone grafting so that the most current treatment options are available to his patients.

Dr. Cain is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the Tennessee Dental Association, the Southern Academy of Periodontology and is currently presiden of the Tennessee Society of Periodontologists. He also belongs to several local and area dental societies and study clubs.

Dr. Cain resides in Knoxville with his wife Dr. Pamela Cain and their daughter Veronica.
